These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of locksmith services by Locksmith London Ltd. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We provide residential, commercial, and emergency locksmith services across London, including but not limited to:
- Emergency lockouts
- Lock repairs and replacements
- Lock installations
- Door repairs
- Burglary repairs
- Smart lock installations
- Security upgrades
All services are subject to availability.
2. Quotes & Pricing
We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing before any work begins.
Any quotation provided by phone or online is an estimate based on the information available at the time. The final cost may vary if additional work or materials are required. No additional work will be carried out without your agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT.
3. Emergency Call-Outs
Our emergency response times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, demand, and other circumstances beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that you have the authority to request work at the property.
Where appropriate, we may ask for proof of identity or occupancy before carrying out work to help protect property owners and occupants.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the payment methods made available at the time of service.
Failure to make payment may result in additional recovery costs where permitted by law.
6. Warranty
Where applicable, we provide a 12-month warranty on locks supplied and installed by us against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Damage caused by attempted break-ins or vandalism
- Products not supplied by us
- Faults resulting from improper use or third-party repairs
Manufacturer warranties may also apply where available.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
If one of our locksmiths has already been dispatched or has arrived at the property, a reasonable call-out charge may apply.
8. Liability
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Existing faults or damage that were present before work commenced.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
