At Locksmith London Ltd, we aim to provide a reliable and professional service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, call-out charges, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
If a locksmith has not yet been dispatched, your appointment can usually be cancelled free of charge.
If a locksmith has already been dispatched or has arrived at the property, a reasonable call-out charge may apply to cover time and travel costs.
Emergency Services
Emergency locksmith services are provided immediately upon request. Once work has started, the service is considered to have been supplied and cannot normally be cancelled.
Refunds
If you believe there has been an error with your invoice or you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
Where a refund is appropriate, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds will not normally be provided where:
- The agreed work has been completed.
- The issue relates to existing damage or faults unrelated to our work.
- Products have been specially ordered or installed at the customer’s request unless they are faulty.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Faults & Warranty
If you experience a problem with a lock or product supplied and installed by us that is covered by our warranty, please contact us promptly.
Where the issue is found to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the affected item in accordance with our warranty terms.
